All our members get 12 free personal training sessions included with their membership as well as free quarterly health checks, a gym induction, free nutrition tips and a free personal training programme.

Whether your personal goal is weight loss, stress reduction, building muscle or general fitness our team of dedicated and experienced personal trainers can help you.

Both male and female trainers are available to offer a free consultation with no obligation.
